Grosvenor Casinos Online Slots: Over 500 Games for UK Players
Grosvenor Casinos has more than 500 online slots ready to play in the UK. They range from three-reel classics and Megaways to jackpot games and slots made exclusively for Grosvenor. To start, join, make a first deposit and pick a game from the Slots lobby. The game opens in a new browser window, you choose your stake and you spin. New players who deposit £20 or more can add a £40 bonus and 100 free spins on Big Bass Splash to that first session.
Slots at Grosvenor are played for real money, so it pays to know what you are choosing before you stake. This page covers the steps to your first spin, how the welcome offer works, the slot types in the lobby, how to check a game before you play, and what to do when a game misbehaves.
How to start playing slots at Grosvenor
Getting from sign-up to a first spin takes a few minutes:
- Select Join and create your account.
- Open the cashier. If you want the welcome offer, select it there before you deposit.
- Make your first deposit, using a method from the payments section below.
- Open Slots from the top menu and browse the categories or the full list under All Slots.
- Choose a game. It launches in a new browser window.
- Check the reel count and the pay table, then choose your stake and hit spin.
When you have a cash balance, wagers come out of it first and your bonus balance is used afterwards. If you hold free spins on an eligible game, those are used before any cash. The reels on every Grosvenor slot are driven by a Random Number Generator, so each spin is independent of the last.
Can you play Grosvenor slots for free?
There is no free demo mode on Grosvenor slots, so every game is played with real money from the first spin. The way to try slots without staking your own cash is through free spins. New players get them in the welcome offer, and further free spins appear in the promotions section from time to time.
Grosvenor welcome offer for slots
The welcome offer is built around slots. Deposit £20 or more on your first deposit and you receive a £40 bonus, giving you £60 to play with, plus 100 free spins on Big Bass Splash. There is no bonus code to enter. The bonus is added instantly once the deposit is made, and the full welcome offer terms sit on the offer page.
How to claim it and which slots it covers
The offer is open to new players aged 18 or over, and there is one welcome offer per person. To claim it, join and log in, head to the cashier, select the welcome offer and make a first deposit of £20 or more. New accounts that make their first deposit with PayPal or paysafecard are not eligible, so use a debit card, Apple Pay or Instant Bank Transfer for this deposit.
The £40 bonus is not valid on the whole library. It works on 18 selected slots, listed on the selected slots page:
| Big Bass Splash | Fishin Frenzy Big Catch Megaways | Buffalo King Megaways |
| Bison Rising Megaways | Rick and Morty Megaways | Fishin’ Frenzy The Big Catch 2 – Rapid Fire Jackpot |
| Zeus vs Hades – Gods of War | Wanted Dead or a Wild | Pirots 3 |
| Chaos Crew 3 | Big Piggy Bank | Le Zeus |
| Le Fisherman | Donny & Danny: Cash Kings Forever | Deal with Death |
| Life & Death | Duel at Dawn | TropiCool 4 |
How wagering works, with a worked example
The deposit and the bonus together must be wagered 10 times before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. On a £20 deposit that is (£20 + £40) x 10 = £600 of wagering, and you have 30 days from the day the bonus is added to complete it. What counts towards that £600 depends on where you play:
| Game type | Contribution to wagering | Stakes needed to clear £600 |
|---|---|---|
| Slots | 100% | £600 |
| Jackpot and progressive games | 50% | £1,200 |
| Live casino, including game shows | 10% | £6,000 |
The table shows why slots are the natural fit for this offer. £600 of slot play clears the requirement, while the same target takes £6,000 of live casino stakes. Once you have met the requirement, the most you can convert from bonus to cash is £200.
One rule catches people out. You can withdraw from your cash balance at any time, but doing so forfeits any bonus funds that have not yet met their wagering requirement. If you want to keep the bonus, finish the wagering first.
The 100 free spins on Big Bass Splash
The free spins are worth £0.10 each and can only be used on Big Bass Splash. They are released when you launch the game. From launch you have 24 hours to click Play Now, and once claimed the spins must be used within 7 days. Winnings from the spins are credited as bonus funds with 10x wagering, playable on Big Bass Splash, and you have 7 days to complete it. The most that can be converted to cash from free spin winnings is £100.
If your offer does not appear
Work through this checklist before contacting support:
- Your first deposit was at least £20.
- You did not use PayPal or paysafecard for that deposit.
- You selected the welcome offer in the cashier before depositing.
- You are a new player claiming for the first time, since only one welcome offer is available per person.
- You launched Big Bass Splash, which is what releases the free spins.
If everything matches and the offer still has not arrived, the welcome offer support article explains the next steps.
Promotions after your first deposit
Once the welcome offer is used, the promotions page carries free spins offers, slot tournaments, prize drops and seasonal campaigns for eligible players. There is also a daily free spin feature. Prize values, eligible games and wagering vary from offer to offer, and non-cash prizes are valid for 24 hours, so read the terms on each promotion before you opt in.

Top slots and new releases
Top Slots is the quickest way to see what is popular, with titles such as Big Bass Bonanza, Starburst and Eye of Horus. Starburst runs on five reels, three rows and 10 paylines, and its Wilds round can pay up to 500x your bet. Eye of Horus has 20 paylines, expanding wilds and free spins, while Rainbow Riches plays across 20 paylines with bonuses including Road to Riches, Wishing Well and Pots of Gold. New Slots shows the latest arrivals, and the lobby is refreshed with new games regularly.
Classic and in-club slots
If you like fruit symbols, nudges and hi-lo gambles, the classic collection includes Sizzling Hot Deluxe, Thai Flower and Fishin’ Frenzy. The in-club collection brings the machines from Grosvenor’s venues online, including Book of Ra Deluxe, Lucky Lady’s Charm Deluxe, Big Bass Bonanza and the Cash Connection series. You get the same games as on the casino floor, on 3-reel and 5-reel layouts, with features such as free spins, bonus games and super stacks.
Megaways and jackpot slots
Megaways slots vary the number of symbols on each of six reels, from two to seven, on every spin. That produces up to 117,649 ways to win, and the games are high volatility. Gonzo’s Quest Megaways is known for its Avalanche multipliers, Fishin’ Frenzy Megaways gives 15,625 ways to win in the base game, and Reel King Megaways offers up to 25 free spins with a gamble feature.
Jackpot slots cover fixed, progressive and Jackpot King games. Wheel of Fortune on Air carries a top MegaJackpots prize of £250,000. Mega Moolah has four progressive jackpots that can trigger at any time. The Goonies Rapid Fire Jackpots pays instant prizes or one of five progressive jackpots. Progressive pots grow as players stake on the game, and reset when someone wins. Jackpot games contribute 50% towards bonus wagering, as covered above.
Slingo and Drops & Wins
Slingo blends slot spins with bingo-style number matching. The collection includes Slingo The Godfather and Slingo Money Train. Drops & Wins features Gates of Olympus 1000, Sugar Rush and Sugar Rush 1000 alongside prize drops on top of normal play.
Exclusives and hidden gems
Grosvenor originals, such as Grosvenor Big Bass Splash, Starlight Jackpot and Blazing 777, are developed for Grosvenor and cannot be played anywhere else. The separate Hidden Gems collection surfaces lesser-known titles, including King Kong Cash, Immortal Romance and Congo Cash XL. Both are good places to look once you have tried the well-known names.
How to choose a slot before you stake
Every slot has its own rules, so spend a minute on the game page before you stake. The four things worth checking are:
- Reels and paylines. Most slots use three to five reels, with paylines running in rows, zig-zags, V shapes or diagonals. Some use cascading reels or cluster pays with no paylines at all, so the in-game help menu is worth a look.
- RTP. Return to Player differs from game to game and is shown on each game page. Big Bass Splash, for example, lists an RTP of 94.60%. RTP is a long-run average, so it says nothing certain about a single session.
- Features. Wilds, scatters, free spins, re-spins, prize pickers and jackpot rounds change how a game plays. The pay table shows what each symbol is worth and what triggers the bonus.
- Your stake. Choose a stake before the first spin and keep it in line with your budget, since your balance is debited on every spin.
The how to play slots guide goes into more detail on features and terminology, and the Big Bass Splash page shows what a typical game page includes.
Playing Grosvenor slots on mobile
Slots run in your mobile browser and in the Grosvenor Casino app, which is available for both iOS and Android. The app puts slots, live casino and your account in one place, and you collect Play Points as you spin the reels. Customer support is available around the clock, and you can deposit and withdraw from the app. Download links for each store are on the mobile apps page.
Deposits and withdrawals for slot players
Grosvenor accepts the following payment methods:
| Method | Deposit | Withdrawal | Minimum deposit |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa debit | Yes | Yes | £5 |
| Mastercard debit | Yes | Yes | £5 |
| PayPal | Yes | Yes | £10 |
| Apple Pay | Yes | Yes | £5 |
| Instant Bank Transfer | Yes | Yes | £5 |
| paysafecard | Yes | No | £10 |
Credit cards and American Express cards are not accepted, including via Apple Pay. Deposits are credited to your account as soon as they are approved. Bear in mind the welcome offer exclusions for PayPal and paysafecard described earlier.
On the way out, most withdrawals are processed instantly and reach your bank within 15 minutes, and all major banks and PayPal are enabled for Fast Withdrawals. Visa and Mastercard cards that are not enabled for Fast Withdrawals take 1 to 3 working days. The name on the payment method must match the name on your account. Winnings normally go back to the method you deposited with. If you have used more than one method, withdrawals are paid to the one with the highest net deposits, meaning deposits minus withdrawals for that method. The full details are on the payment methods page.
What to do if a slot will not load or freezes
Most loading problems come from the connection, the browser or the device rather than the game itself. Try these steps in order:
- Refresh the page or reopen the game.
- Check your internet connection, and switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data if you can.
- Update your browser or the Grosvenor app to the latest version.
- Clear your browser cache and cookies, or try a private window.
- Try a different browser or device.
If the game still will not open, use the Grosvenor support route. Select Slots & Live Casino, choose the slot or casino option that best matches your query, enter the name of the game, then select Can’t Access Game. When you contact support, have the game name and the approximate time of the problem to hand. The I can’t access the game article covers this route, and the technical issues section has guidance on loading problems and lost connections. General help is on the support page.
Tools to keep your slot play under control
Grosvenor gives you the means to set limits before you play. Net deposit limits and gross deposit limits cap how much you put in, Take a Break pauses your account for a period you choose, and Self Exclusion closes access for longer. Reality Check reminds you how long you have been playing, which is handy during longer slot sessions. Setting a deposit limit before your first spin is the simplest way to keep the session within budget. You can find all of these tools, and more advice, on the safer gambling page.
